- Summer Palace — Admission ~CNY 30 peak / 20 low; combined ~60 / 50 adds Foxiang Ge and other inner sights (worth it on a first visit). No web booking; WeChat optional. Gates roughly 06:00–19:00 peak season.
- Temple of Heaven — Passport admission ~CNY 20 (concession 10); combo ~CNY 34 high season for Hall of Prayer / Echo Wall / Circular Mound. Park grounds open daily; inner sights closed Mondays except statutory holidays.
- Jingshan Park — Cheap hill view over the Forbidden City; gate purchase with passport when foreign mobiles fail online verification.

Do I need to reserve the Summer Palace?
No. Visit Beijing: buy at the comprehensive service window at the gate with your passport. WeChat booking 1–7 days ahead is optional.
What about the Temple of Heaven?
No reservation required if the park is not full. Same-day: scan the entrance QR or use a service counter with your passport. Optional WeChat Official Account “Temple of Heaven” 1–7 days ahead.
Can I use Klook / random OTAs?
Beijing parks authority materials say third parties are not authorized — prefer on-site or official WeChat / 畅游公园.
