No. All four are mixed / open to men and women. We intentionally left out Amic Girls’ Youth Hostel.

Yes for these four. Avoid Zhiyu Youth Hostel if you only have a foreign passport — Trip.com notes mainland ID restrictions there.
Is Seaward really age-limited?
Trip.com lists a check-in age band of roughly 18–40 for Seaward. Confirm on the property page for your dates.
