Step-by-step booking guide

    Open Trip.com Mount Huangshan

    Choose South Gate Yungu (or your hiking direction) adult admission. Cables are separate SKUs.

    Pick date + timed slot

    Checkout needs date and entry window (e.g. 8:00–9:00). Prefer ≥1 day ahead.

  3. 3

    Set ID type to Passport

    Passport is in the dropdown (verified 20 Oct 2026). Enter name + passport number, pay, save QR.

  4. 4

    Enter the booked gate & direction

    Match Yungu / Yuping / Taiping. Bring passport. Gate QR vs ID-swipe = Check.

Key pitfalls

  • Wrong direction (Yungu ≠ Yuping ≠ Taiping) wastes the day.
  • Cable cars are usually not included in the entrance ticket.
  • Official notes still mention 刷二代身份证; Trip passport gate acceptance is Check.
  • Park warns against non-official sellers — we still use Trip as the practical passport path.
  • No general foreigner half-price in the live list we opened.

    Official WeChat instead?

    Committee notice says use 黄山旅游官方平台. Desktop = WeChat/Alipay scan; H5 = mainland mobile SMS. Treat as harder fallback.

    Cables included?

    Usually no. Yungu admission we opened excluded cables; downhill Yungu CNY 80 seen on official H5.

    Foreigner half-price?

    Not in the live half-price list — do not plan on it.
