  2. Choose a dated People’s Square / exhibition product for your visit day (SKUs change with inventory).
  3. Enter each visitor’s passport name and number exactly as printed.
  4. Pay, save the order QR / email, and arrive before last entry 15:00 for the day session.

How do foreigners book People’s Square?

The museum’s English visit page says overseas visitors can book through Trip.com; locals use the WeChat mini-program. Bring the same passport used on the booking to the South Gate individual passage.

Do I need a ticket for Shanghai Museum East?

Not for general entry. Walk in with your original passport through the B1 East Gate. Only The Curio-City, the Digital Gallery and ticketed exhibitions need a reservation.
