Trip.com
Trip.com sells the 4-day admission + eco-bus pass in English. When we checked on 6 Oct 2026, you had to choose a date, an hourly slot and an entry-gate package; the first visit is reserved with the purchase, and later days need new reservations in the WeChat mini-program.

Open the National Forest Park page (not Tianmen)
Go to trip.com/travel-guide/attraction/zhangjiajie/… and open the tickets.

Select the 4-day ticket with eco-bus

Pick date + hourly slot + entry gate
Package field is the gate (e.g. South gate - Forest Park, North gate - Tianzi Mountain).

Enter passport (ID required)
1 purchase per valid ID within 4-day period from use date.

Make your first entry on time
Arrive at your chosen gate within your time slot.

Later days: re-reserve on WeChat

Buy cable/elevator separately if needed
Must already hold general admission before buying in-park transport.
Key pitfalls
- You must pick three things: date, hourly admission slot and entry gate (East/South/West/North/Mid).
- Re-entry on later days isn’t automatic — reserve again in the WeChat mini-program.
- Cable cars / Bailong Elevator separate (or buy combo). Cancel transport tickets BEFORE general admission if canceling.
- Do not confuse search results with Tianmen Mountain cards.
