Pick a date and session
Choose the Date of use and the Morning Session (07:30–12:00) or Afternoon Session (12:00–17:00), then “Next”. You can book up to 14 days ahead until the daily quota runs out.

Add each traveler's passport
At checkout, set the number of travelers, click “Add Travelers” and enter the name and passport number exactly as printed. Only one ticket per passport per date.

Enter contact details and pay
The voucher goes to the email you enter. For a 7 Oct visit, checkout showed free cancellation until 17:00 on 6 Nov, which matches the official 30-day refund rule for unused tickets. We stopped before entering personal data.

Arrive within your session
Bring the original passport you booked with and use the lane for visitors with original ID documents. Go early in the morning: pandas move indoors when it's hot.

If the online booking fails
The official site lists other channels (official WeChat mini-program and other platforms). The ticket window on site only sells tickets if there's quota left.
Key pitfalls
- For the same date, each passport can buy only one ticket. Book each traveler under their own passport.
- Choose the right session: morning entry is 07:30–12:00 and afternoon 12:00–17:00 (March–October). With an afternoon ticket you can't go in early.
- Unused tickets can only be refunded through the channel you bought from, within 30 days from 17:00 on your visit date (rule in force from 27 Aug 2026). Used tickets aren't refunded.
- The No. 6 Villa area and the Panda Art Museum close on Mondays (except national holidays).
- Pandas go indoors on hot days. Book a morning session and arrive early.
- This is not Dujiangyan Panda Valley, which is sold separately.
