In WeChat, search 侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆, open the official account and tap “纪念馆预约” (Memorial Hall reservation). Read and accept the booking notice.

Choose the right channel
General reservation is for visitors 14 and over; the parent-child channel is for adults with children under 14.
