    The date is chosen at the top of the checkout page. Same-day works, but you must buy by 20:30 on the day. Up to 20 tickets per booking.

    Unredeemed bookings can be cancelled at any time; unused bookings are cancelled automatically 10 days after the date of use. No partial refunds.

Key pitfalls

  • Pick a ticket labelled “Non-Chinese mainland nationality”. The other tickets are for mainland ID holders.
  • You must buy by 20:30 on the date of use. Evening slots are popular for Bund views.
  • Bring the original passport that matches the booking: it's checked with your e-ticket at the entrance.
  • No partial refunds. To change the date or time, cancel and book again.
